I use my swim noodle all of the time. I now own several and have picked up different varieties I am so taken with them. Adults use these in their lap swims. You twist it into any shape that you want and use it to swim on your front, side or back. You can concentrate on one aspect of your body by suspending other parts with the noodle. It is also a great substitute for one of those belts around the middle, worn by those trying to exercise their legs in deep water. When you are done swimming, you can use the noodle as a seat booster on your lounge chair just by propping it behind your back. There are just as many swimmers at my pool using noodles as there are children playing with them. Being creative with the noodle and your swimming positions also breaks up the boredom that lap swimming can present.

The four we purchased were blue. We were expecting the yellow pictured, but quite pleased with the surprise color, as we used them to make light sabers for my son's 6th birthday party. We would have made do with yellow, as finding pool noodles in January proved no easy task and we were happy to find any. So yay for blue!

These have a solid center,unlike many I've seen that have the hole running through the middle. My only complaint would be that they each came in their own, rather large box. Oh, and they were also about two inches shorter than the description said, at only 58inches, not 60.

Cut them to fit your boots and they make excellent boot stands and they're cheaper and easier to find than actual boot stands.
